Noise policy: Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property, quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or loud gatherings.
Smoking policy: NO smoking/vaping in the cabin. There is a container for disposal to use outside on the deck. Penalty for smoking in the cabin is $500.00
Check in/check out: Check in 4 pm and check out is 10 am.

Cabin rate is $150.00 per night or $950.00 per week (7 nights). (For 1-4 people)
All prices are subject to 5.5% Sales Tax and a 4% Room Tax Ordinance
Minimum Age: NO RENTALS will be permitted to ANYONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE
Deposit: $150 down (1 night stay) at time of booking and the balance upon arrival. We accept all major Credit Cards – and NO fee for using cards!
